MANAGEMENT OF THE REPRODUCTION SYSTEM OF THE CREATIVE CLASS IN A POST-INDUSTRIAL SOCIETY

Abstract

Background. Research of features of formation of system of reproduction of a creative class show that the maintenance of this system should be considered as a specific form of manifestation of the social and economic relations arising between society, business and citizens concerning formation of objective conditions of reproduction of representatives of a creative class on the basis of a regulating role of the state. The purpose of the work is to identify the problems of formation and management of the reproduction system of the creative class.
Materials and methods. The realization of the research tasks was achieved on the basis of the analysis of the research results of the works of scientists devoted to the problem of reproduction of the creative class. The research methodology is based on the works of domestic and foreign scientists and is based on a systematic approach.
Results. The problems of reproduction of the creative class have been studied, which have shown that objective prerequisites for the formation and management of the reproduction system of the creative class have been formed.
Conclusions. A study addressing reproduction of the creative class leads to the
conclusion that the management system of reproduction of the creative class in postindustrial society must be the state represented by the ruling classes and elites with regard to the public interests of all social strata.
